Daniel Miller is the General Counsel of Global AI Securities Co., Ltd, overseeing the global legal and compliance functions
Prior to joining Global AI Securities Co., Ltd, he was a corporate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati LLP in Silicon Valley, representing numerous public and private high-tech companies in venture capital, M&A, and capital markets transactions.
He has also held senior in-house legal positions at several fintech, software, and venture capital firms, and clerked for the Honorable David M. Ebel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Daniel Miller received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his law degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Law.
